Offers a capstone course for computer science honors students. Exposes students to a variety of computer science topics of current interest and provides an opportunity to improve skills in presenting technical material. Requires the student to prepare a one hour presentation of professional quality on a topic of interest in computer science. Requires the student to write a paper on the same topic.4 QH credit
Prerequisite: Computer science seniors in the honors program or permission of the instructor.
Course is offered during the Spring quarter.
This is a required course for all honors seniors in BS CS and BA CS majors.

The goal of this course is to provides students experiences in:literature search and research for information on their own oral presentations and answering questions on their feet brainstorming and working in a team environment identifying issues and solving problem
in the context of an application of computer science
This course is intended for senior who participate in the honors program.
Varies with each year, though communications skills are an integral part of the course each time it is offered.
