Tiling the Interpreter Pattern: A new view of Demeter

Based on the OOPSLA '97 paper by D.H. Lorenz (Technion):
Tiling Design Patterns - A Case Stuydy using the Interpreter Pattern,
pages 206-217.

The OOPSLA paper presents several of the ideas behind Demeter, including
the classes = grammar idea and programming with visitors. Succinct
traversal specifications are not included.
