Today in 206 Egan. ============================================================ Mira Mezini and Karl Lieberherr: Visitors as components A study of interactions between the building blocks of AP Rondo proposes a better way to separate and connect visitors or adjustments, strategies and class graphs. We will study how to compose graph algorithms, such as cycle checking, from simpler visitors, following an example used by Holland, Notkin, van Hilst and Batory. We will discuss how visitors as components might fit into Demeter/Java. ======================================================= Karl Lieberherr: Environmental acquisition and AP In an OOPSLA '96 paper, Gil and Lorenz introduce the concept of environmental acquisition.
