Information about a dynamically changing ad hoc network
is stored as a meta network. Programming is done
against a meta meta network that defines how the network
processes a request.

A program written at the meta meta network level 
works for a large family of distinct networks.

Questions:

Can we work out the analogy? When is a network an
instance of a meta network? When does a meta network
conform to a meta meta network?

This is related to edge servers in websphere.
