(I meant to send this letter a couple of weeks ago but believe I may have 
forgotten to do so.  Sorry.)

We have made the proceedings available on the web. The easiest way to 
obtain it is by following the links to the programme page and then clicking on
"Proceedings".  Directly the address is

All participants will receive a hard copy of the proceedings at the meeting
but the proceedings are being made available now for the benefit of those
