I have prepared the two column style format in /fiona/csfaculty/lieber/papers/law/revision2

The paper is 12 pages long now.

The files involved are head.tex 1* and tail.tex
To run latex and bibtex: use ~lieber/cmd/comf

to use latex once use: ~lieber/cmd/laserprint

to use bibtex use: ~lieber/cmd/laserprint-b

I propose that we use this calling sequence in all our papers.
