He wants to use them in a testing application for a client.

It is now time to put Demeter/C++ on the Internet since we don't have time to maintain
the C++ version. What is the best way to do this so that we get minimal
questions yet people can effectively use it?

Should we ask systems to put the entire /proj/tools disk which contains
Demeter/C++ on the net? /proj/adaptive/www/ does not contain enough space.

Where are the sources for the User's Guide and the Laboratory Guide.

Where are the most useful instructions to follow if 
someone wants to recompile Demeter/C++?
