Hi Doug:

Ken was telling me that he had a lot of difficulty in seeing the error
output produced by Demeter/Java.

I see now what he meant when I use my laptop. The messages disappear
before I can read them.

Ken had a very simple solution: to send the error messages to standard out,
I think. Then this allows to use a scrollable window or to redirect
the output.

Please can you double check with Ken so that we can actually see all the
useful messages produced by Demeter/Java while using Windows.
