Hi Binoy:

Larry Dodds praised your Java class dictionary. He tested it on
large Java programs to collect metrics in a structure-shy
way and it worked very well.

There was one feature it could not handle: literal octal and hex constants.
Please can you collaborate with Larry to add those?
