Users-Guide/ contains the updated copy of the manual, with all the requested 
	changes to date.

	However the distribution for Isthmus is still incomplete.
	Salil & Woj are _still_ working on it.  When that is finished I can
	write up the steps required to install Isthmus.

	I have removed all statements saying that activate is a requirement.
	And cleaned up the examples a little.

mann/ contains formatted man pages for isthmus-cd and isthmus-pp

These two directories contain the same info as the old ones, so you
don't need to change any pointers if they point to the original locations
of these directories.
