Structure Builder

I asked the Chief Technology Officer of Webgain whether we
can use StructureBuilder for free. He agreed.

Webgain is a big company; we use another tool from them which IS free:
the Java Compiler Compiler.

I don't know of a tool comparable to StructureBuilder that is free.
