The College of Computer and Information Science’s innovative approach to research has allowed the college to receive significant funding from major federal agencies as well as from private industry. The robust research program is built around the prestigious faculty members that are world renowned in their fields and their students who make valuable contributions. As the college grows with faculty strength (22 new hires in the past three years), we are actively seeking highly motivated, bright, hardworking students who are interested in pursuing a PhD degree in computer science, information assurance and/or personal health informatics.
