CCIS Researchers Win Best Paper Award at Distributed Systems Conference
The paper by J. Chen, M. Marathe, R. Rajaraman, and R. Sundaram titled "The Confluent Capacity of the Internet: Congestion vs. Dilation" received the Best Paper Award at the 2006 International Conference on Distributed Computing Systems (ICDCS'2006), held during July 4-7, 2006 in Lisbon, Portugal.

Chen is currently a postdoc with Professor Marathe at Virginia Tech, he received his PhD from Northeastern under the guidance of Professors Rajaraman and Sundaram.
