"Strengths - Technical ability: Yuntao picked up our technology quickly and made an impact on the team through his ability to apply his knowledge to our test suites and procedures. - Team player: Yuntao was a true team player. He worked hard to help the team and didn't complain during those periods when the work became repetitive. Developmental Needs - Assertiveness: Yuntao tended to be quiet in meetings unless asked a direct question. When he spoke, his answers/ideas were well thought out and easy to follow. My guess is that he had more to add to some of the discussions, but didn't step forward with his opinion."
