Originally from Athens, Greece (in case you have not already guessed so), I am currently working at GTE Labs, in the Secure Systems department. My Ph.D. thesis at the Computer Science department of Northeastern University has been submitted Firday, June 13th 1997, formally completing the degree requirements; my defense was scheduled 12/13/96 (I passed). My research is on cryptography, with concentration in electronic cash and applications.
