Study the context-free grammar and typing rules of quirk21.
In an organized memo that would make sense to most other
students in the course, write down the properties of quirk21
that you will need to know in order to write a compiler for
quirk21, and note which properties you can reasonably infer
from the CFG and typing rules.  For the properties you can
infer, write down what you infer.

You may wish to use the Tiger Language Reference Manual as
a model, but your memo should be shorter than that manual.
In particular, your memo should not repeat details that are
obvious from looking at the context-free grammar or typing
rules.
