In "Effective C++", Scott Myers gives 50 rules for C++
programmers to follow.  Some of these are good rules for Java
programmers to follow as well, but many of them make sense
only for C++.  Your assignment is to list each of those 50
rules that make sense for Java as well as C++.

Turn in your list at the beginning of class on Monday, 20 May.

Collaboration between students is forbidden on this assignment.
