A Little Netiquette
- When you write to the instructor or the TAs, be sure to put
"CSG107" in the subject line. That way we can pick out your mail
immediately.
I expect to have a single mail address that reaches all of
us very soon.
-
If you are writing about an issue related to a particular machine
problem, please also put that in the subject line, eg MP1:, MP2:,
etc.
-
If you have a question about a machine problem, remember to send a
copy to the TAs. Often they can respond more quickly than either
of the instructors can.
-
Please make your subject line descriptive. For example
Subject: CSG107 MP1: how to use add-test! ?
is much more informative than
Subject: please help me
Following these guidelines will get your mail read and replied to
more quickly.
