It was pointed to me that the solution to Problem 3 part (c) of PS4 --
the CSMA-CD part, as given in the sample solution, is not correct.

In particular, at time 3, when a packet arrives at C, the channel, as
sensed by C, is still busy because A does not stop transmitting until
time 3. So C must not attempt to transmit at time 3, and must instead
reschedule. The sample solution handed out in class showed that C
senses an idle channel and transmits successfully, and this is
incorrect.
