This Thursday we will study routing algorithms. The reading for this
class includes Sections 5.1, 5.2, and part of 5.3 of the textbook.
Packet scheduling, which is the topic that was to be covered before
routing algorithms according to the schedule handed out in the first
class, will be covered in the final class (December 6), if time
