How do we deal with these situations:

The administrator is busy or not available when the agent
wants to communicate.

The network goes down when an agent sends a message to the administrator.

The agent goes down just after sending.

Both the agent and administrator go down during data transmission.

We have to make sure that an agent is not blamed for a technical problem
it has no control over.
