FPS = Fast Pitch Softball

Requirements change:
I noticed that mostly TBall is played in last night's competition.
We want the agents go out into FPS territory.

TBall challenges are a subset of SPS challenges
SPS challenges are a subset of FPS challenges

New rule:
For each round:
For FPS: less than 80% of challenges are allowed to be SPS challenges.

(For  SPS: less than 80% of challenges are allowed to be TBall challenges)
