COM 3220: Projects
Each student will be involved in a project.
Part of each project
is a detailed report of your project experience.
Implementation language -
The preferred implementation language is Java, however you can use C++ if you want or Tcl/Tk or Perl?
When projects are due (at the end of the quarter)
you will be required to submit(electronic) the following:
Detailed documents on Test Requirments, Test Model, Test Cases,
Coverage analysis etc.
- Source code & executables
- Instructions on how to run your tests
The idea is to make a contribution to the projects under consideration
by finding bugs which have not yet been uncovered. In both cases
you can expect a response from the development teams with bug fixes following.
Testing a Research Prototype:
Demeter/Java, developed here at Northeastern. All the Java source code
is available (www.ccs.neu.edu/research/demeter/DemeterJava/).
