Hi Class-
I want to restate one more time that Java 1.4 is not required to run the
Checker used in part 2 of the final. I did want to forward this message
to everyone though in case you would like to use (or need to use) Java
1.4 in the future.

Hi,
I just figured it out by reading a system's message long time ago.
There is only one machine in CCS, whose name is albireo, that has the Java
1.4 installed. You have to login to that machine and set up the PATH as
mentioned to use Java 1.4. Sorry for the confusion.
