Hi Richard:

Thanks for pointing this out.

I could not find an electronic copy of exactly that paper which
appears in the bibtex entry. Therefore I left a note at:

http://www.ccs.neu.edu/research/demeter/biblio/LoD-formulations.html

saying that the given paper only approximates the real paper.
Hopefully, the real paper is available at libraries.
