Hi professor and John, hope you are having a good weekend.

for PDF dose not work, "It is an empty file".
Also the PS file in the same page is only a index of the chapters therefor I can not view chapter 7.
Also cds.ps in the Com1205 resource page is empty. I am looking for Chapter 7,could you please direct us to a place to find it. I would really like to read it before tomorrow.
