New and Improved (maybe)!

At times, I enjoy folding in public: on buses, trains, and in particular, on planes. During my myriad plane rides in the past year or two, I folded all of my Indian Pipe models, and I also designed and folded this Mushroom. Indeed, if you were in the Czech Republic recently, you could have seen me folding several of the models on this site. Anyway, I felt the need to fold a mushroom with a bunch of color-changed pleats inside to make its frill, so here it is. The crease pattern lies on an 18ths grid. The outer pleats are color-changed, and the bottom-right corner forms the white stem. |
