While I was at the aquarium in Boston, I observed a little turtle of this species and realized that I had never seen it folded.  I also wanted to fold a solid plastron that was not two separate flaps. So, I did what I do best; I made a 32 grid, folded a base and grafted on a plastron design and a shell design.  As usual, I left an incredibly large amount of paper for the color-changes in the head and at one point it looks like a jackalope more than a turtle, but it gets the job done.
