    This model is a creature I saw on the show Blue Planet and later in person at the Boston Aquarium. The trick to my version is that it is only viewable from one side. The leafy sea dragon was close to being one of the OrigamiUSA annual design challenges. Thankfully, I still have yet to find someone who has actually designed one all the way through.

    The crease pattern is on a 40ths grid.
