     Are the Demeter C++ Tools going to be available on non-Unix platforms 
     soom.  I'm trying to do a class project on Design Patterns and 
     Adaptive Programming.  I only have available a Window NT 3.51 and 
     Windows 95 workstations, not Unix.
     
     Is it possible to port the tools to these environments?
