A new paper on adaptive scripting is available. 
The paper describes how to integrate two promissing technologies:
scripting and adaptiveness.
The advantages are: A higher level of abstraction in scripting
languages which leads to shorter and more reusable scripts.

a tool which integrates Demeter with Tcl and its extensions.
