The Demeter papers are available by FTP and WWW but there is now a more convenient
way of getting them all at once, integrated, class tested, carefully
checked by 15 reviewers, copy edited with lots
of new material not available in any of the papers ... The Demeter approach
is available in book form.

Entitled ``Adaptive Object-Oriented Software: The Demeter Method
with Propagation Patterns'', the book introduces the important
concepts of adaptive software, such as class dictionaries, propagation
patterns and transportation patterns. It presents a simple
process model on how to develop adaptive software.
The book is written for advanced undergraduate students, graduate
