Professor Wand and I had a good EDCS meeting the last two days with
Indiana University, MIT, Yale, and several companies: Intermetrics, Franz,
Harlequin etc.

Our DARPA program manager, John Salasin,
said that one of his goals is to make Adaptive Programming (AP)
(and other useful DARPA sponsored technologies) widely used. 
He said that in order to
do that it would be very helpful to have a "moonshot" demonstration:

something which nobody could do before
something of value
something very impressive

Do you have any ideas for such a demo?

Sirs,
after reading the book by Prof. Lieberherr on the Demeter method and the 
thesis by Dr. Silva-Lepe on re-engineering (both really breathtaking!) I 
wonder how to start propagating the ideas and means of Adaptive Software 
in our company (=Bonndata GmbH, Bonn, Germany). For the beginning I have 
three questions:
Which services do you provide for commercial customers in Europe?
Is there already a user group in Europe?
Do you plan to develop Demeter/Smalltalk or Demeter/OO-COBOL?
I would be very glad if you could provide me short answers. Thank you.
