Welcome to my CCS Webpage! Here you'll find links to my resume, some of my current projects, and some of my favorite places in Internet Lore. The site will likely be under construction for the duration of my time at Northeastern University, so please be patient and kind with your judgements. Enjoy!

Imagine it: You have a table, your friend has a table. In the past, your friends have spent hours and hours painting figures of warriors, terrain, and machines of war to move them by hand across an intricately detailed diorama of a table. You happen to think this is awesome! But... You're lazy. I don't blame you, I'm lazy too. So you get a camera and a computer, and a table, and point your camera at the table. You put a piece of paper on each end of the table. From this piece of paper, the computer lets you place virtual buildings visible only on a computer screen. Now imagine paper "hills" that the computer can pick up on, like the starting block. It paints the "Hills" for you on your comptuer screen. Don't like the way the world is set out? Move the paper around. You don't need fancy models or paint, the computer paints it for you. Units can either be drawn by the computer for a real-time game, provided by your painting prowess and recognized by the computer for a turn based game, or some combination thereof for turn based fun. How expensive would this next gen, versatile system be? Assuming corporate greed, we'll say webcam: $60, software: $50, paper: $0.01/sheet. Commanding legions across your living room without having to clean up: Priceless. Warhammer 40k, look out.
