Create a simple 1-window interactive program using VB .NET, that tells the user something about yourself. Your interface should include a Main Menu bar, several buttons, and at least one choice widget (e.g., radio buttons,  selection list, etc.)   Your form should have the title: IntroTo <Yourname>.  Feel free to experiment with additional widgets.

It is assumed that the information you present about yourself will have some logical structure: by category (personal background, education, hobbies); by time period, or some other organization, and that not all of the information will show on the screen at once (That is the purpose of the menu and choice structure).

Write a 1-page "report" to go with the program, discussing your design decisions and rationale.  Attach a "screen dump" illustrating what your interface looks like while it is running.  (Therefore, the document will be 2 pages.)  You are encouraged in this and all assignments to make explicit reference to design concepts and principles from the class readings.

Mail your completed assignment as 2 attachments to ONE email.  The "subject" line of the email should be
HW1 <yourname> .  The names of the attachments should be  <yourlast name.doc> and <yourlastname.zip> (it is necessary to convert your VB solution folder to a zip file in order to email it as an attachment).

Send the email to gjoliver@ccs.neu.edu  .  It is suggested that, throughout this course, you should be careful to keep copies of your work so that it can be re-submitted in case of any technical problems.
