Team Project Peer Evaluation

Please complete this survey after your final presentation and before the end of the day of our final class. Then email it to me as text in the body of an email, not as an attachment.

Please complete this survey on your own and not with your team. Be thoughtful and honest when discussing what scores each team member should receive.  Remember that most people have both strengths and weaknesses.  Do not give unbelievable scores.

A portion of your team project grade will be dependent on how your peers evaluate your work.
