When you subscribe to the mailing list, please be sure to put
down your first and last name. If you did not do this when you
subscribed to the mailing list, please go back and add them now.
When you write to the instructor, be sure to add
"+csg711" to the login name, eg:
will+csg711
and put "CSG711" in the subject line. That way we can pick out your
mail immediately.
If you are writing about an issue related to a particular machine
problem, please also put that in the subject line, eg MP1:, MP2:,
etc.
Please make your subject line descriptive. For example
Subject: CSG711 MP1: how to use add-test! ?
is much more informative than
Subject: please help me
Following these guidelines will get your mail read and replied to
more quickly.
