- There is a link to a sample exam on the schedule page as well as a link to an image that is missing from the sample exam.
- Online Homework 4.2.1 expects one really big answer. It will only accept the exact answer which is the factorial of some 2-digit number, 54! in my case. There is a link at the top of the problem that leads you to Scheme code that will do the computation. Then you can cut and past the answer.

Late papers will receive a deduction of 10 points per calendar day that they are late. - The Syllabus has been revised to remove the requirement that written homeworks be typeset. The ability to type mathematics (particularly with a typesetting system like LaTeX) is a very useful skill, and we encourage you to type the homework if you can. However, all that we require is that it be neat and legible.

**final exam**for all Boston sections of the course will be held 10:30am-12:30pm Friday December 13, 2013. - Recitations will be held at the regularly scheduled times and locations this week.
- Remember to bring a writing instrument and paper to every lecture for quizzes.
- The CPU Design handout has been revised to number bits in decreasing order from MSB to LSB, left to right.
