Cooperative Education
Responsibilities During the Co-op Period:
- Successful performance on the job.
- Contact your assigned Co-op Faculty Coordinator if problems or questions arise while on co-op.
- Submit the Co-op Evaluation Form to to be found at: http://www.ccs.neu.edu/co-op/surveys.html (within the first five weeks of the next academic period to receive co-op recognition).
RESPONSIBILITIES DURING THE SCHOOL PERIOD
- Attend a Computer and Information Science Upper-class, Reflection Meeting. Check calendar for dates: http://www.ccs.neu.edu/co-op/meetings.html#reflection
- You must attend one of the scheduled Reflection Meetings.
- If you are planning to change co-op assignments, then fill out a Petition For Change In A Co-op Assignment, and schedule an appointment with your assigned CCIS assigned Faculty Co-op Coordinator (within the first five weeks of school).
If change is approved, sign up with your Co-op Faculty Coordinaotr (within the first six weeks of school).
If not planning to change co-op assignments, then skip this step.
