In order to maintain accurate information of the students' assignment, and location, students are required to complete the following:
• Undergraduate and Graduate Students' Agreement Information
• After Co-op Procedures
Students and employers are required to complete and assessment of the students' performance and assessment.
In order for a student to receive recognition for a completed co-op period and evaluation must be received by the co-op faculty coordinator. Links for these assessments are e-mailed directly to the student and employer
