For descriptions, times, and locations of each event, please see the Co-op Cycle, Meetings, or Referrals pages. Note that the co-op terms referred to here are for undergraduate students. Graduate student co-op time periods are different.

| • | June 30 : Official start date for July - December 2009 (Fall) co-op. |
| • | June 30 : Students seeking July - Dec 2009 co-ops complete job search. |
| • | 7: Students seeking a co-op job for July - Dec. who do not obtain an assignment must begin Experiential co-op. |
| • | Completed: Reflection Meetings for students returning from Jan - June 2009 co-op. (Note: Sophomores on vacation may attend this meeting in September.) |

| • | Students returning from Spring 2009 co-op should discuss plans for the next co-op (Spring 2010) with their faculty coordinator at this time. |

| • | 10, Seniors; 15, 17 non-Seniors : Reflection Meeting for students returning from Spring 2009 co-op. (See Reflection Schedule for specific class attendances) |
| • | 22, Oct. 1, 6 undergraduates and Sept. 17, Oct. 1 Graduate: Seeking New Assignments meeting for students seeking a new job or changing jobs for Jan - June 2010. |
| • | Oct. 9: Job Status Forms due for students who were on co-op Jan - June 2009. |
| • | 25: Upperclass students: thinking about a new co-op assignment (or changing)? See your coordinator by this date to discuss it. |

October
| • | Oct. 12 - 15: Employer Weeks! Expo on 15th, Career Fair on Oct. 8., other employer events on subsequent days. |
| • | 14: Final Clearance deadline for students who want their resumes to go out in the first monthly referral for Jan - June 2010 co-op. |
| • | 19: Complete signups for first monthly referral by 9:00 a.m. |
| • | 19: FIRST REFERRAL FOR JAN - JUNE 2009 CO-OP. |
| • | 20 - Nov. 10: Students who participated in first referral have interviews and receive offers. Students have until Nov. 7 to decide whether to accept offers. |
| • | Decision Day, 3 Business Days! Students who have received offers must decide whether to accept offers. |

| • | 11: Final Clearance deadline for students who want their resumes to go out in ANY referrals (as opposed to searching on their own) for Jan - June 2010 co-op. |
| • | 16: Weekly referrals begin, and continue each weekend throughout semester. |

| • | 2 - 6 : Spring Break; no clearances or signups during this time. Co-op Faculty will be contacting employers and updating the COOL database during this time. |
| • | 23: Second REFERRAL FOR JULY - DEC 2010 CO-OP. |
| • | 2 - 23 : Interview period after March 23 referral. Decision Day TBA. |

| • | Month of April: Cleared students may sign up for jobs in the COOL database. Referrals will occur weekly. |

| • | Throughout May and June, referrals will continue as needed. Sophomore students on vacation in Summer 1 must notify co-op coordinators before leaving town. |
