1. Review Sample Models.
• The co-op sequence(s) must follow the approved and exact pattern outlined in the Sample Models.
• Do not create a model that does not already exist of Models I - IV.
3. When placing courses into the
various school blocks, remember, courses offered during the Fall (quarters
4, 6,8, 10) are usually offered during Winter. Courses offered
during the Spring (quarter 5, 7, 9, 11) are usually offered during
the Summer.
5. Have and approved faculty member of the College of Computer Science approve the course schedule written above and his/her signature is required on the course listing.
6. Have the approved faculty advisor also sign a college petition.
7. Make a copy of all materials for your record.
8. Bring the original materials to your Co-op Coordinator.
